This cortijo is in good condition and is a rustic property with both dryland and irrigated land, located near Bobadilla-Estación (20 minutes from Antequera), with electricity, potable water, and easy access.

The land consists of 3.22 hectares of irrigated land and 4.30 hectares of dryland. The entrance to the farmhouse is through a grand courtyard with a fountain and a surface area of 227 square meters. The farmhouse is spread across two floors. At the back of the farmhouse, there are two independent tool sheds, each with a surface area of 169 square meters.
